‘Unity In Diversity’ Programs

Unity In Diversity, a cable television program that provides an education in learning about one’s neighbors, especially through a clearer understanding of their religious heritage, spiritual values, and everyday life, airs each Monday at noon and Wednesday at 5:30 pm on Charter Communications Channel 21.

The program scheduled to air on August 16 and 18 will feature an interview with Father Angelo Arrando, Pastor of St Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church.

Subsequent programs and their special guests and/or subjects include August 23 and 25, Chaplain Kendall Palladino, director of pastoral care for Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut; August 30 and September 1, Christian Science and Mary Baker Eddy; September 8 and 10, The Salvation Army in Greater Danbury; and September 15 and 17, “A Hindu Perspective on Belief,” with Mahendras Asher.

The program producer and host is the Reverend Leo McIlrath of Sandy Hook, coordinator of Corpus Christi: An Ecumenical Catholic Faith Community. Comments and suggestions are welcome and can be sent to LionOfJudah56@hotmail.com.
