Police report a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Berkshire Road, Grays Plain Road, and Bennetts Bridge Road.
Motorist Jennifer Zulli, 42, of Greenwich was driving a 2003 Ford Thunderbird westward on Berkshire Road, police said. At that time, motorist Peyton Cutolo, 17, of 31 Echo Valley Road, who was driving a 2007 Nissan Altima, stopped at a stop sign on Grays Plain Road and then attempted to cross Berkshire Road to enter Bennetts Bridge Road, police said.
The two cars collided. There were no injuries. Police said they issued Cutolo a written warning for failure to grant the right of way at a stop sign.
Motorist Jake Brown, 18, of Katonah, N.Y., was driving a 2003 Subaru Forester westward on Interstate 84, about one-half mile west of Exit 9, at about 1 am on July 31, when he lost control of the vehicle and it rolled over, landing on the right road shoulder, state police report.
There were no injuries. State police issued Brown an infraction for failure to maintain the proper lane.
State police report a two-vehicle accident on westbound Interstate 84's Exit 9 off-ramp in Hawleyville at about 5:19 pm on August 2.
In that incident, motorist Joshua Mitchell, 33, of New Milford, who was driving a 2002 Ford Focus auto, struck the rear end of a 2010 Honda CR-V SUV driven by Rodrigo Desouza, 30, of Brookfield, state police said.
There were no injuries. State police issued Mitchell an infraction for unsafe movement.
On the night of August 2, while attempting to park a 2003 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck in the Ferris Acres Creamery parking lot at 144 Sugar Street, motorist Devin Marsh, 16, of 5 Fallen Leaf Lane, struck an adjacent 2001 Volkswagen Golf driven by Philip Pierce, 57, of 30 Huntingtown Road, police report. There were no injuries.
At about 3 pm on August 4, motorist Matthew Camilleri, 22, of Chester, who was driving a 1997 Chevrolet K-1500 pickup truck eastward on Interstate 84, about 500 feet east of the Exit 9 on-ramp, slowed to a stop for heavy traffic and was then struck from behind by a 2005 Ford Escape SUV driven by Lauren Adiletta, 18, of Trumbull, state police said.
There were no injuries. Adiletta received an infraction for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, state police said.
Police report that about 5 pm on August 4, a 1993 Mitsubishi FE-439 truck was parked, unoccupied in the westbound lane of Head O' Meadow Road, east of its intersection with Shepard Hill Road.
At that time, motorist Thea Maguire, 64, of 8 Blanches Walk, was driving a 2006 Mazda 6 sedan westward on Head O' Meadow Road amid sun-glare conditions, police said.
The Mazda then struck the Mitsubishi, police said. There were no injuries. Police said they gave a written warning to Maguire regarding the collision, and also gave a written warning to truck driver Aldo Alves, regarding the positioning of the parked Mitsubishi.
State police report a two-truck accident on westbound Interstate 84, west of Exit 11, about 10 am on August 5.
In that incident, trucker C.M. Gonzalez-Robles, 25, of The Bronx, N.Y., who was driving a 2007 Mack tractor-trailer truck, drifted to the left and then sideswiped a 2016 Hino 268 truck driven by Joseph Caruso, 26, of New Milford, state police said.
There were no injuries. Gonzalez-Robles received a written warning for failure to maintain the proper lane, state police said.

Mawicke provided a false name and a false date of birth to them, police said. Police said they determined his identity and then charged Mawicke with interfering with police, illegal use of a handheld cellphone while driving, and driving with a suspended license.
Mawicke was released on a written promise to appear in court on August 18, police said.
Police report that at about 5:18 pm on August 6, motorist Mathew McGee, 25, of New Milford, who was driving a 1996 Chevrolet Blazer SUV, was attempting to back into a parking space at Wheels Citgo, a gas station/convenience store at 67 Church Hill Road, when the Chevrolet struck a moving 2008 Toyota Highlander SUV driven by Audra Carbone, 41, of 16 Narragansett Trail. There were no injuries.
Police said they received a report about an erratic driver traveling northward on South Main Street about 10:30 pm on August 6, so they went to the area to investigate.
Police said they located the vehicle in question and stopped motorist Luis Patricio Vizhco-Pulla, 22, of Bridgeport on Wasserman Way near Reed Intermediate School to investigate. Police said they charged Vizhco-Pulla with driving under the influence, failure to drive to the right, and driving without a license.
After processing, police released him on $100 bail for an August 23 court appearance.
At about 5:50 pm on August 7, motorcyclist Jose Fernandes, 58, of 85 Sugar Street was riding a 2010 Harley-Davidson FLSTF Fat Boy southward on Mt Pleasant Road and then made a right turn onto Taunton Lake Drive, after which he lost control of the motorcycle, went off the right road shoulder and struck a street sign, police said.
Newtown Volunteer Ambulance Corps responded to the scene to check Fernandes for abrasions, police said. Nuno Soares, 40, of 9 Taunton Lake Drive, who was a motorcycle passenger, was not injured, police said.
Police said they verbally warned Fernandes for making an improper turn.
Police said they received a report that an erratic motorist, who was driving on Route 302, had entered Newtown from Bethel at about 9:12 pm on August 7.
Police said they spotted the vehicle in question traveling eastward on Route 302 near its intersection with Boggs Hill Road, after which they stopped it near 40 South Main Street to investigate.
Police report they charged motorist I.H. Lopez-Cabrera, 23, of Bridgeport with driving under the influence, making a restricted turn, and driving without a license.
After arrest processing, police released Lopez-Cabrera on $250 bail for an August 23 court appearance.
A two-vehicle accident occurred on Currituck Road at its intersection with Main Street about 4:26 pm on August 8.
Police said motorist Robert Cockcroft, 27, of Enfield, who was driving a 2005 Mitsubishi Galant sedan southward on Currituck Road, struck the rear end of a 2007 Acura MDX SUV driven by Wilfredo Soto, 41, of 5 Windy Woods Circle, who was waiting at a stop sign there.
There were no injuries. Police said they issued Cockcroft a misdemeanor summons for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart and for driving under suspension.
About 1 pm on August 8, motorist William Kirsch, 82, of 13 Fieldstone Drive, who was driving a 2016 Kia Sportage SUV on Church Hill Road near Commerce Road, stopped for traffic conditions and was then struck from behind by motorist Grant Lang, 19, of Brookfield, who was driving a 2003 Honda Accord, police said.
There were no injuries. Police said they issued Lang a written warning for following too closely.
Police said they received a report about the presence of a suspicious vehicle parked on Quarry Ridge Road about 10:22 pm on August 9, so they went to the area to investigate. Quarry Ridge Road is a dead-end road that extends from Toddy Hill Road.
Police said they charged motorist Lindsey Smith, 29, of Shelton with driving under the influence. After processing, police released Smith for an August 23 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
Police said motorist Yvonne Stephens, 51, of Stamford, was driving a 2007 Toyota Yaris westward on Mt Pleasant Road at about 8:06 am on August 10 when motorist Carl Ziamany, 81, of 2 Red River Lane, who was driving a 2004 Scion XB, entered the roadway from 174 Mt Pleasant Road.
The two vehicles collided. There were no injuries. Police said they issued Ziamany an infraction for failure to grant the right of way.
