Jessie M. Keen

Former Longtime Resident

Jessie M. Keen, 75, of Middletown, died August 8 at the Middlesex Health Care Center, surrounded by her family. Mrs Keen lived most of her life in Newtown before recently moving to Middletown. She was the wife of William J. Keen, Jr.

Mrs Keen was born on February 14, 1932, in Philadelphia. She was the daughter of James and Jessie (Schlagel) Reilly.

She is survived by her three sons, Stephen Keen of New Jersey, William Keen of Middletown, and Michael Keen of Torrington. She is also survived by her sister, Kathleen Harrison of California; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements will be private. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Coughlin-Lastrina Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
