Donations Sought For Church Fair

SOUTHBURY — The Church of the Epiphany, 262 Main Street North, is in need of donations for its Harvest Fair 2000, planned for Saturday, September 23.

Some of the things being requested are household items, small furnishings, children’s toys, attic and garage treasures, collectibles, silver, china, old button boxes, oil lamps, old linens, antique items, handmade items, baskets, jewelry, and jewelry boxes. Most clean, saleable items are acceptable, with the exception of very large items such as pianos.

Donations can be brought to the church weekdays between 10 am and noon. Arrangements can also be made for other hours or for pick-up of donations by calling the church office at 264-8150. Letters acknowledging the donation can be made if needed for tax purposes.
