Jean J. Stewart

Jean (Jennings) Stewart, formerly a resident of Newtown and a resident for

most of her life of Fairfield, died February 10 in Cheshire. She was the

mother of Betsy Kenyon of Newtown.

Born August 24, 1917, in Newport, R.I., she was the daughter of the late Bruce

and Mary Jennings of Fairfield.

In addition to her daughter, Mrs Stewart is survived by two other daughters,

Susan Blaskey of Cheshire and Mary Sperry of Fairfield, as well as many

grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
