Four Charged With Alcohol Violations

Police report they charged four people with alcohol violations June 19

following the surveillance of a local package store.

Charged with procuring alcohol for a minor was Thomas Campe, 23, of 44

Parmalee Hill Road. He is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court July

2.

Charged with criminal attempt to procure alcohol was Chris A. Frawley, 16, of

68 Queen Street. He was scheduled for a June 26 court appearance.

Police also charged two 15-year-old juveniles with alcohol offenses. Because

the youths are under age 16, the state's shield law protects their identities.

One youth was charged with procuring alcohol by a minor, and also with

possession of alcohol by a minor.

The other youth was charged with procuring alcohol by a minor, and the

misrepresentation and use of a driver's license to procure alcohol.

Both 15-year-old youths are scheduled to appear in Danbury Juvenile Court July
