Breach

Police report that at about 8 pm August 8 they went to a dispute which had occurred at a Hundred Acres Road residence and charged Marcus W. Schulz, 48, of 140 Taunton Hill Road with breach of peace in connection with property damage stemming from that dispute.

Police said they released Schulz on a promise to appear August 24 in Danbury Superior Court to answer the charge.
