Pole Bridge Preserve Hike

Lillinonah Audubon Society is sponsoring a hike at Pole Bridge Preserve on Saturday, August 16, beginning at 9 am.

The lovely area was acquired recently by the town and has several habitats to explore including open fields, woods, and wetlands. The walk will be leisurely, and except for one steep spot, the terrain makes for easy walking.

Participants should bring binoculars if desired along with water and insect repellent. Wear a hat and sturdy shoes.
