Children First, Town Hall Second
Children First, Town Hall Second
To the Editor:
In regard to the upcoming referendum on the Fairfield Hills Master Plan, I will be voting No.
This school year our children will be forced by budget cuts to endure school schedule changes that will have a serious impact on their ability to perform at their full potential. Why should the monies saved on the backs of our children be used to pay for a nearly $8 million town hall or anything else at Fairfield Hills? Will we be forced to live with the cuts made to the school budget so that someoneâs pet project can be funded at Fairfield Hills?
Sincerely,
Shannon T. Chambery
