Local Residents Earn Scholarships

The State University of New York at Oswego has awarded merit scholarships to more than 700 incoming students, including local residents who received $27,560 in Residential Scholarships. The students who were awarded the scholarships are Claire Decker of Sandy Hook and Charles Spath of Sandy Hook. The award recognizes past academic achievement and potential for success for students attending Oswego from outside New York state. All scholarship recipients have reserved a place in Oswego’s incoming freshman class for the fall semester.
