Adopt A Cat Or Kitten

The following cats and kittens are available for adoption through The Animal Center:

NOVA is a friendly, zany, playful and sweet 13-week-old orange tabby female kitten. She is healthy, spayed and current on vaccines.

MALIBU is a 13-week-old snuggly buff tabby male who is trying to work through some self confidence issues. He loves to play and snuggle, and he purrs up a storm when on his favorite cat tower, which reaches to 6 feet tall. On the ground, he’s more uncertain of people. Malibu is neutered, healthy and current on vaccines.

FELIX is an approximately 9-week-old friendly orange tabby male. He is neutered, healthy and current on vaccines.

ERNIE is a playful, curious and friendly orange tabby male. He is neutered, healthy and current on vaccines.

CURIOUS GEORGINA (black domestic short hair female) and B BOX (male Siamese mix) are outgoing, friendly and  sweet 12-week-old kittens. They are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines.

TWEETIE is a gray and white domestic short-haired kitten. Tweetie had been living outside in Sandy Hook before his rescue. He is transitioning well to life with people, and would do best in a cat-friendly home with lots of love. He has been neutered and is current on vaccines and healthy.

Good news: Oscar Le Deux, Little Buddy, Fuzzy, Rudy, Angel and Fluffy have been adopted.

To adopt, or to view all of The Animal Center’s cats/kittens for adoption, visit theanimalcenter.org or contact The Animal Center at 270-0228 or info@theanimalcenter.org (email preferred). The Animal Center is a Newtown-based, non-profit animal welfare charity that rescues, rehabilitates and places the community’s abandoned, neglected and injured kittens into loving homes. The Animal Center not only partners with the community, but also with other rescue groups and veterinary offices to save cats that might otherwise be euthanized. The Animal Center is a 501 (c)3 publicly-supported charity, will help more than 200 cats this year and relies heavily on the support of the public and generous volunteers.
