Donna B. Stratman Martin recently sold her home at 55-34 Sugar Street to Pamela Tenk, formerly of Bethel.

Patty Gillen McQuail, GRI, of Flagpole Realty, Inc, sold the property, which was listed by Marc Trojanowski of Trojanowski Real Estate.

Attorney Kenneth Evans of Bethel represented the seller and Attorney Celia Barnum of Newtown represented the buyer.
