Charles and Margaret Berke recently sold their home at 39 Cobblers Mill Road to Neptahi and Donna Rodriquez, formerly of Bridgewater, N.J.

Pat MacInnis, broker, ABR, of Flagpole Realty, Inc, listed and marketed the property, which was sold by Janet Bottiglien of William Raveis Real Estate.

Attorney Frank O’Reilly of O’Reilly & Shaw in Fairfield represented the sellers and attorney Larry Riefberg of Danbury represented the buyers.
