WILTON â Your spouse, your parent, your sibling, your friend⦠it is hard to find someone who has not been touched by cancer in some way.
The American Cancer Society is currently seeking nominees to be considered for the Courage Award, recognizing an outstanding individual who exemplifies the societyâs mission. Their mission, as a community based voluntary health organization, is to eliminate cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer through research, education, advocacy, and service.
