Aldrich Brown Bag Lunch Tour

RIDGEFIELD — The Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art will offer a special Brown Bag Tour and discussion for adults on Friday, August 17. The program will run from 11 am to 1 pm.

A tour of the current exhibition “Art at the Edge of the Law” will be offered at 11 am, with a brown bag luncheon following in the Leir Gallery. Lunch includes the opportunity to engage in a dynamic discussion about the exhibition with Aldrich docents, staff, and other group members.

A $3 charge covers admission, the docent-led tour, coffee, tea and dessert. Participants will provide their own brown bag lunch and drink.

Brown bag lunch tours are a fun and informal way to learn about the latest trends in contemporary art. For the art novice, these events are the perfect introduction to an internationally recognized art center. For old friends of the museum, it is an ideal way to share ideas about challenging artwork.
