Lisa D. Paynter and Dominick R. Bruno, III

Lisa D. Paynter of Sandy Hook and Dominick R. Bruno, III, of Bethel announce their engagement.

Ms Paynter is the daughter of Mr and Mrs James W. Denton of Short Hills and Bay Head, N.J. She received her degree in early childhood education from Lynchburg College, Lynchberg, Va. She is employed in the special education department of Newtown schools.

Mr Bruno is the son of the late Mr and Mrs D. Robert Bruno. He is a graduate of Pace University in Pleasantville, N.Y., and received his MBA from the University of Bridgeport. Mr Bruno is the manager of decision support in the finance department of Norwalk Hospital.
