Mr And Mrs Andrew E. Cozens

Michelle Kathleen Stalnaker and Andrew Eugene Cozens were joined in marriage on May 20 at the Irvine Presbyterian Church in Irvine, Calif., with the Rev Gil Jones officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Dr and Mrs Cecil Stalnaker of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The groom is the son of Mr and Mrs Roger A. Cozens of Newtown.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a simple classic lined gown of ivory raw silk and carried a bouquet of ivory, champagne, and blush roses.

Judith Brown of Newport Beach, Calif., was her maid of honor.

The bridesmaids were Amber and Synamin Camack of Coronadel Mar, Calif., Annie Storrs of San Francisco, Calif., Elyse Bowers of Jacksonville, Fla., Emily Lewis of Broomfield, Colo., and Erin Teschler of Palmdale, Calif.

The attendants wore dresses of lilac chiffon and carried bouquets of roses and assorted flowers in monochromatic purples.

Serving as best man was Peter von Oy of Newtown.

The ushers were John Nungester of Calabasas, Calif., Aaron Shalosky and Brandon Tiemann of Colorado Springs, Colo., Erik Stalnaker of Westwood, Calif., David Lewis of Broomfield, Colo., and David Brookes of Boulder, Colo.

The bride graduated from Lycee Martin V in Brussels, Belgium, in 1996, and the University of California in Irvine with a bachelor of arts in dance in 2000 and a bachelor of arts in French in 2001. She is employed as a pilates instructor.

The groom graduated from Newtown High School in 1997 and the University of Colorado-Boulder with a bachelor of science in aerospace engineering in 2001. He is a flight simulator engineer with the Boeing Corp in Long Beach, Calif.

The reception was held at Spring Field Banquet Center in Fullerton, Calif.

Following a wedding trip to Maui and Colorado, Mr and Mrs Cozens are residing in Dana Point, Calif.
