CMT Results Released

Connecticut Mastery Test scores were released by the state on Wednesday, July 29. Results can be found on the Connecticut Department of Education’s website, www.sde.ct.gov.

“We did well,” Superintendent of Schools Janet Robinson said within an hour of the CMT scores being released by the state at 11 am that day.

Math, she said, continued to be a strong point for Newtown. Further details will come in next week’s print edition of The Newtown Bee, and Assistant Superintendent of Schools Linda Gejda will present a detailed explanation of the results to the Board of Education in September.

Parents can expect to receive their individual child’s results from the state in September.
