An Enjoyable Ballgame

To the Editor:

One June 21st at Treadwell Park the senior girls had their all-star game under the lights. I would like to congratulate all the girls who participated in the game for an enjoyable evening. The game was very exciting, with the winning run scoring in the bottom of the last inning with two outs.

All the young ladies showed true sportsmanship and team effort and should be proud of the game they all played. Thank you again for an enjoyable game.
