Sho-Me

Jackson Markey of White Plains, New York, a former resident of Newtown and the grandson of Joe and Gloria Markey of Newtown, received the Most Outstanding Player Award for the 11-12 age group at the Sho-Me Baseball Camp. The camp helped young players improve their baseball skills from throwing and hitting to field, baserunning and sportsmanship. Markey competed against players from seven states to win the award.
