Achieves National Recognition

Ellen D. Baff, sales executive with the Newtown office of Prudential Connecticut Realty, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Inc of the National Association of Realtors.

The requirements for this designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation, and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Ms Baff, whose experience in real estate spans more than 20 years, has been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar producer, a Top Listing Agent, and a Top Selling Agent, and has received a number of awards for excellence in customer service. She has earned designations as a Certified Homefinding (Destination) Specialist, a Certified Homesale (Pre-Market and Inventory) Specialist, and an Exceptional Properties Manager.

Ms Baff is a member of the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Newtown Board of Realtors.

A 28-year resident of Newtown, Ms Baff has also been an active participant in the community. She is a member of the Newtown Women’s Club and a member of the Society of Creative Arts of Newtown.
