To the Editor:

Regarding the photo of the group surrounding Dan Rosenthal at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Community Center that was on the front page of the Bee’s July 26th issue, I’m identified in the caption under it as having been a former member of the Commission on Aging, which is correct; but I was also a former chair of the COA, which is the reason why I was invited to be part of the ribbon cutting event.

I’ll also point out that the women between me and Matt Ariniello, who is not identified, is Anna Weidemann, the current COA chair, and although she’s referred to in the article that follows the photo, her position as COA chair is not noted.
