Universities Launch Nanotechnology Program

NEW BRITAIN (AP) — The four members of the Connecticut State University System have teamed up to develop a new program awarding graduate certificates in nanotechnology. The first two courses are being offered this summer on a pilot basis at Southern Connecticut State University.

The intention is to eventually expand the 14-credit program to Central, Eastern, and Western Connecticut state universities, with an “Introduction to Nanotechnology’ class offered at Western this fall for the first time.
