A Mere $500 Bond

To the Editor:

It’s outrageous that David Ruscoe, an accused child molester, was released by the police on a mere $500 bond! David Ruscoe is accused of committing horrible crimes against a child and who knows if there are other victims out there? He was a girls’ softball coach for the Newtown Softball League for several years; did he molest any of those girls?

Does the safety of children mean so little to the judge that he/she will allow sick perverted old men out to do whatever they want? It seems the answer is Yes!
