Bethel Jaycees Seek Help

With A Haunting

Bethel — After a three-year hiatus, the Bethel Jaycees plan to return to the business of scaring people at Halloween by creating a haunted walking trail at Meckauer Park.

Because the Jaycees had to discard many of its props from its former haunted hayrides at Blue Jay Orchards due to lack of storage space, they are seeking donations of building supplies and Halloween-related props, masks, and adult-sized costumes. The Jaycees are also looking for people who are interested in helping them build the scenes and/or participate during the haunting.
