Katherine T. Petrovich, 80, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of Emil Petrovich, died on July 25 in St Vincentâs Medical Center, Bridgeport.
Born in Sandy Hook to the late Matthew and Mary (Macey) Chacho, she had been a Bridgeport resident for most of her life.
In addition to her husband, survivors include two beloved daughters, Evelyn Binder and her husband, William, and Carol Young, both of Bridgeport; two sisters, Frances Csehak and Margaret Montaro, both of Stratford; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She had been predeceased by two sons, Kenneth and Robert Petrovich, and one grandson, Robert Petrovich, Jr.
Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday, July 29, at 8:15 am in the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main Street, Stratford, and at 9 am in Saints Cyril and Methodius Church with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St John Cemetery, Stratford.
Friends may call on Friday, July 28, from 4 to 8 pm.
