WCSU Basketball Camp

The women’s basketball program at Western Connecticut State University will be sponsoring its 2003 Girls’ Basketball Hoop Camp July 28 through August 1, 9 am to 3:30 pm each day. Youth Summer Track

The Bethel Youth Summer Track Series will continue on Wednesday, July 30, at Bethel High School for all athletes up to grade eight. There will be a 50-, 100-, 200-, 400- and 800-meter race plus one open race (1,600 meters on the 23rd and 3,200 meters on the 30th) each week for any age. Also included will be one field event clinic each week – javelin, high jump or shot put. Entry fee is $2 and ribbons will be presented to all finishers.
