Donna and Michael Roberts purchased a raised home at 20 Fieldstone Drive from Lea and Robert Attanasio.

Jane Phillips, GRI, ABR, CRS, of Advanced Real Estate listed the property, which was sold in cooperation with Debra Trillhaase of Prudential Connecticut Realty.

The sellers were represented by attorney Peter Scalzo of Bethel and the purchaser was represented by attorney Eric DaSilva of Newtown.
