Camille Gabriel

Camille (Cavalli) Gabriel, age 54, of Trumbull, died July 18 in Bridgeport Hospital.

Born in Bridgeport, February 25, 1949, she was a Trumbull resident for 26 years.

Survivors include her beloved husband Donald N. Gabriel, Sr, owner of World of Wine and Spirits package store in Newtown; her loving children, Donald N. Gabriel, Jr, and wife Colleen, Michael A. Gabriel, Christopher J. Gabriel, Nicholas J. Gabriel, and Jessica M. Gabriel; her mother, Carmella (Nappi) Cavalli; three brothers, Anthony, Angelo, Jr, and Salvatore Cavalli; three sisters, Eleanor Paternoster, Rosemarie Cavalli, and Carol Ruggiero; her mother-in-law, Antoinette Gabriel; her sister-in-law, Carol Gabriel; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Angelo Cavalli, Sr.

The funeral was held July 22 at St Stephen’s Church, Trumbull. Interment was in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.

The family has requested donations be made, in memory of Camille, to Swim Across the Sound, St Vincent’s Medical Center Foundation, 2800 Main Street, Bridgeport, CT 06606.
