BROOKFIELD — Anyone who calls themselves a fan of Louis Armstrong will not want to miss one of the finest impressions of Satchmo around when The Country Players of Brookfield present, in a return engagement, The Riverboat Ramblers.

A New Orleans jazz, Big Band, swing, gospel and Mardi Gras-band, The Riverboat Ramblers offer party-music in a bold rhythmic style, interjecting new twists into old tunes.

Coupled with outrageous humor and a Louis Armstrong impression not to be missed, the band will be performing at Brookfield Playhouse on Saturday, August 11, at 8 pm.
