Womenâs Natural Health Conference
RIDGEFIELD â Three years ago, Mary Wolpiuk, educator in womenâs fertility and mother of six, found herself at a defining moment in her family relationships. A victim of monthly hormonal upheaval, commonly known as premenstrual syndrome (PMS), she sought the answers that would again add normalcy to her family life. Through research, Mrs Wolpiuk discovered health supplements that put her in control of her mood swings.
Determined to bring this information to the women of Fairfield County, âThe Natural Gift of Womanhoodâ health brunch was planned. On Saturday morning, July 31, at St Maryâs Church Hall, a panel of experts will provide women in all stages of life with answers to questions their doctors may not be sharing with them.
The conference will focus on womenâs health, fertility, and sexuality in all stages of life. Incorporating emotional, physical, and spiritual elements, the conference promotes a holistic approach to wellness. For women concerned with the effects of artificial hormones and chemicals on their health, resources on a more natural lifestyle will be available.
