Kenda and Phil Faxlanger, formerly of Ellicott City, Md., purchased a home at 14 Equestrian Ridge Road, Newtown, from Edward and Susan Ruddock.

Joan Salbu, ABR, of Curtiss and Crandon listed the property, which was sold in cooperation with Cynthia McPhaden of the William Raveis office in Ridgefield.

Attorney Celia Barnum represented the seller while attorney Larry Riefberg represented the buyers.

Lawson Lane, Ridgefield

Kerri and Howard Rollison, formerly of Norwalk, purchased a condo at 74 Lawson Lane in Ridgefield from Christopher Manfredonia and GeorgeAnn Sabino-Manfredonia.

The property was listed by Kathy Peterman and Kathy Martin of Curtiss and Crandon and sold in cooperation with Eloise Barron of William Pitt Real Estate of Ridgefield.

Greenridge Drive, Brookfield

GeorgeAnn and Christopher Manfredonia, formerly of Ridgefield, purchased a colonial located at 18 Greenridge Drive in Brookfield from SIRVA Relocation.

The property was sold by Kathi Peterman and Kathy Martin of Curtiss and Crandon and listed by Prudential Connecticut Realty of Danbury.

Attorney Donald Baillie of Cheshire represented the seller while attorney Robert Talarico represented the buyer.

Philo Curtis Road

Ann and Kevin Mallory, formerly of Peter Borough, Ontario purchased a custom colonial built by Robert Mathison, located at 22 Philco Curtis Road.

Susan Fernandes, CRS, GRI, of Curtiss & Crandon listed the property, which was sold by Mary Ellen Kelley of Carey & Guarrera of Shelton/Huntington.

Attorney Mike Nahoum represented the seller while attorney Tom Welch of Shelton represented the buyer.

Megans Circle

Meri Jisukawa and Daniel Rosenthal of Newtown purchased a colonial home located at 9 Megans Circle in Newtown from Karen and Steven Thomas.
