Bradley Natural Childbirth Introduction

BROOKFIELD — The Brookfield Library will host an introductory session to the Bradley Natural Childbirth Method. Featuring Naomi Guzman, a registered nurse and Bradley instructor, the session will briefly discuss various aspects of this approach including natural childbirth, active participation by the coach, excellent nutrition for a healthy pregnancy, natural breathing, breastfeeding beginning at birth, and making responsible decisions by informed parents.

Ms Guzman not only endorses the natural childbirth method, she is a three-time Bradley Method mother. Following the presentation, Ms Guzman will answer questions. She welcomes all expectant parents, including those in the first trimester of their pregnancy.

The program will take place at the Brookfield Library on Wednesday, August 1, at 7:30 pm in the library community room. For more information, contact adult services librarian Natasha Goodman at 775-6241. The library is at 182 Whisconier Road, in Brookfield Center.
