George M. Sando, 86, of Summerville, S.C., husband of Marie “Mary” Sando, formally of Trumbull, died June 27.

In addition to his wife, four sons, Michael of Sandy Hook, Richard of Milford,  and George and Frank, both of Summerville; five grandsons; two granddaughters; and one great-grandson survive Mr Sando.

A Mass will take place Friday, July 24, at Our Lady of Grace, 497 Second Hill Lane, Stratford, at 10:30 am. His ashes will be buried at Gates of Heaven, Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull.
