UPDATE (5:45 pm): The Amber Alert for Azryrah Rhoden has been cancelled. The case has been reseolved, according to an announcement received by the Connecticut State Police. Child has reportedly been found, safe, in Bridgeport. The Silver Alert for Sarah Burton remains active, however. No additional information is available.

NEW HAVEN — An Amber Alert has been issued for Azryrah Rhoden, 11 months old (DOB 08-09-2012), who has been taken from her home on North Street in New Haven.

Police say the child and her mother, Sarah Burton, were taken from the home by Rickardo Rhoden, earlier this afternoon.

Azryrah has brown hair, and brown eyes. She is black, weighs approximately 20 pounds, and is approximately two feet tall.

Sarah Burton is 26 years old. A Silver Alert has been issued for her.

Rhoden may be operating a blue 2002 Buick Century with Connecticut marker plates 410-ZVD. He is a black male, approximately 5’8” tall.
