MIDNIGHT (left) is a black lab mix about five years old. She is very gentle and very social, loves people but not other dogs and yet seem fine with cats. Midnight walks nicely on a leash and knows basic commands. LADY (center) is a pure bred black lab, only 11 months old, energetic and needs basic obedience training. Lady will be a wonderful family dog. KING (right) is a Belgian Shepherd who needs to go to an experienced Shepherd owner (Mark Renick of CT Canine Training has offered a free seven-week basic obedience class). King has become quite socialized. Call Newtown Animal Control at 426-6900 or Canine Advocates at 426-5327. Remember, all our dogs have had their shots and been spayed or neutered by Canine Advocates, receive two free individual  training lessons from Candlewood  Canine and one month free pet insurance from Petfinder.
