Susan Washburn Joins Prudential

Prudential Connecticut Realty in Southbury welcomes Susan B. Washburn as a realtor and sales executive in the firm. She has lived in the Fairfield County area all her life and she is a resident of Newtown. She previously worked as a real estate sales agent in Stamford.

Ms Washburn has had more than 20 years experience in real estate property management and has operated more than one sole proprietorship company in the State of Connecticut. She brings 30-plus years of sales, marketing, customer service, and management experience in the diverse fields of retail, educational services, and entrepreneurial business to her clients.

Ms Washburn holds a master’s degree in education and teacher certification. She has studied and earned accreditation in information management, computer science, digital computer imaging, advertising design and illustration, and web management, all at the graduate level. She has also earned credits in higher education classes in the law of real property, business law, business management, legal research and writing, litigation, administrative law and practice, and other studies such as political science, Spanish language, and psychology.
