Give Her A Break

To the Editor:

No matter what her parents may have written about her summer reading plans, no matter what street she lives on, and no matter what she may have written to anger a few people many years older than herself, no 12-year-old child deserves to be repeatedly attacked and ridiculed in the “Letters to the Editor” section of her hometown newspaper.

Please. Let’s have an end to this.
