Chris and Lynn Fowler of 5 Valley View Road, Newtown, announce the birth of twin daughters, Annie Elizabeth Fowler and Chelsea Karen Fowler on June 7 at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.

Annie Elizabeth weighed four pounds, five ounces, and was 17 inches long.

Chelsea Karen weighed four pounds, one ounce and she was 16 inches long.

The twins join two brothers at home, Camden, age 4, and Colby, age 2.

Maternal grandparents are Elizabeth and the late Ronald Viens of Chicopee, Mass.

Paternal grandparents are Karen and the late Richard Fowler of Newtown.

Ed and Donna Miklaszewski of Sandy Hook announce the birth of their first granddaughter, Morgan Elizabeth Gutelius, June 29, to Cari (Lish) and Pete Gutelius of Green Hill, R.I.

Morgan joins brothers Matthew, 5, Kevin, 2, and cousins Eric Greening, 11 months, and Jack Lish, 10 months.
