Lindsay Carley, a 1999 graduate of Newtown High School, was named All-Little East Conference First Team and All-New England Honorable Mention for her performance for the Eastern Connecticut State University women’s lacrosse team. A junior, Carley has earned three varsity letters and helped lead ECCU to a 15-4 record and ECAC New England Division III championship this year. Carley scored 44 goals (second on the team), assisted on seven other (third on the team), and finished with 51 points (third on the team). She has 80 career goals with ECCU, the most of any returning player.
