NCC Flea Market Spaces Open

Newtown Congregational Church is planning another Community Flea Market, to be held along the soccer fields at Fairfield Hills the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, September 3-4.

Vendors are invited to rent spaces for either or both days of the event. Spaces are 10 by 20 feet, tables are not provided and there is no electricity.

The tax-deductible donation for rental is $25 per day for one space, $45 for two spaces, or $65 for three spaces if prepaid by August 1. Vendors can take $5 off any of the above fees if they rent for both days.

For those who wish to reserve a space after August 1, all fees will increase by $5. Also, cash only will be accepted from anyone paying for a space at check-in.

All fees are nonrefundable.

The flea market will run from 9 am until 4 pm both days. Vendors will be allowed onto the field for setup beginning at 7 each morning.

To reserve a space in advance, send check or money order payable to Newtown Congregational Church c/o Barbara Field, 10 Serenity Lane, Sandy Hook CT 06482. With the payment include the vendor’s name, address, phone number, fax number (optional), email address, and vendor type (collectibles, antiques, crafts, tag sale items, local business, clothing, etc).
