Zavatsky Named Sales Counselor At 3030 Park
BRIDGEPORT â 3030 Park, a non-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Bridgeport, has appointed Michael Zavatsky of Sandy Hook as a sales counselor.
Mr Zavatskyâs responsibilities include educating prospective residents regarding senior living options, supporting community outreach efforts, conducting community tours, and coordinating the moving process for new residents.
âWe welcome Michael to 3030 Park where his counseling skills, coupled with his senior retirement living knowledge, will be a tremendous asset to our current and future residents,â said Marianne Keevins, president and chief executive officer. âHis valuable expertise and pleasant demeanor have already made him a valuable member of our team.â
Prior to joining 3030 Park, Mr Zavatsky served as a retirement counselor with an area senior living corporation. He has also served as owner/operator of Red Rooster, LLC, in Newtown, Connecticut; owner/president of Work Medical Associates, Inc., in Bridgeport; and as an oxygen technician manager for Pineapple Oxygen Company in Bridgeport.
In addition, he served as a volunteer head coach for the Newtown Little and Babe Ruth Leagues.
3030 Park, which recently marked completion of a three-year renovation and service enhancement project, now offers newly renovated and expanded apartments, a state-of-the-art computer learning center, and a fitness center featuring the latest equipment for older adults. The extensive renovation also includes newly decorated lobbies, lounges, and hallways.
In addition to independent apartment-style living, 3030 Park provides a continuum of care for all of its residents. Should long-term or temporary rehabilitative care become necessary, 3030 Park offers skilled nursing care in one of its two health centers 24 hours, seven days a week. In addition, if residents require assistance with personal daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, or medication, assisted living services are provided in the privacy of oneâs own apartment.
