I Spy Walk For Children

WESTON — What does a child see when he or she walks a nature preserve? With a little guidance from Devil’s Den natural history guides Dorothy Abrams and Bob Eppinger, eyes can be opened to many different features and thoughts that will expand a person’s awareness and horizons.

That’s why The Nature Conservancy is offering an “I Spy” Walk for children 5 years of age and up, along with an accompanying parent, on Saturday, July 21, from 9:30 to 11:30 am, at the 1,756-acre Devil’s Den Preserve, located at 33 Pent Road in Weston.

Reservations for the free program are limited and required. Participants should call The Den office at 203-226-4991 weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm to sign up and to receive directions to the preserve.
