Volunteers from a variety of groups, including girls' soccer, field hockey, cheerleading, and wrestling team members and their friends helped pile the boxes on designated tables inside RIS, on June 28, in anticipation of the July 7 start to the Friends of the C.H. Booth Library Annual Book Sale.
There was also a contingent of children doing community service to get their confirmation at St Rose of Lima Church, as well as grandchildren of volunteers.
The helpers were treated to pizza from Franco's Pizza & Pasta and Carmnuccio's Pizza for their efforts.
