The Rising Star Summer Basketball League will hold its annual pre-season clinic on Tuesday, July 6, at 6 pm, at Treadwell Park.
The Rising Star Summer Basketball League will hold its annual pre-season clinic on Tuesday, July 6, at 6 pm, at Treadwell Park.
John Quinn, head coach of the Newtown High School boysâ basketball team, will lead the clinic for all registered players. Any players interested in playing in the summer league are also invited to attend (registration forms will be available).
Since the clinic begins at 6 pm, please arrive at 5:45 pm. Rain date is Wednesday, July 7.
The clinic will be 90 minutes, followed by an update on the summer league with all information regarding schedules, team rosters, and coaches to be distributed. The season will commence the week of July 12, with two games each week. Games will run through the end of August, with league playoffs and All-Star games set for the final week in August.
