G. June         DeFormato

G. June DeFormato, 86, wife of the late Peter DeFormato of Brookfield Commons, Brookfield, died June 23 at her home.

Mrs DeFormato is survived by a son, Stephen Koestner, and his wife, Tricia, of Sandy Hook; a daughter, June Zuckerman of Stamford; a brother, William Snow of Stony Brook, Long Island; five grandchildren, Scott and Matthew Zuckerman, Jane Chila, and Elizabeth and Eric Koestner. She was predeceased by her first husband, John Koestner.

Mrs DeFormato was born in New York City on June 20, 1919, a daughter of William and Gladys (French) Snow. She was a longtime resident of Stamford, moving to Brookfield two and a half years ago.

June was an employee of the credit department of US Tobacco in Greenwich until her retirement.

Funeral Services were held June 27 in the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown. Entombment was in the Shrine of Memories, Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, N.Y.
