KAA Preparing Its President’s Show

KENT — The Gallery at the Kent Art Association is seeking entries for its annual President’s Art Show & Sale, which will run from Thursday, July 20, through Labor Day Monday, September 4.

This is a juried show open to all artists who wish to exhibit in oils, watercolors, pastels, and graphics, as well as sculpture. Collage and computer art will not be accepted. All work must be representational.

The opening reception will be Friday, July 21, from 5 to 7 pm; cash awards will be presented at the Awards Reception on Saturday, July 22, at 3 pm.

Receiving will take place at The Gallery at Kent Art Association on Route 7 (just south of the monument) on Friday, July 14, between 1 and 4 pm, and Saturday, July 15, between 10 am and 1 pm.
