Rising Star Basketball

The Rising Star Summer League basketball program’s 15th season will begin July 9 and signups are underway. All boys and girls entering grades 6-9 are eligible to play.  The league features competitive, fun-filled basketball played outdoors at Treadwell Park two nights per week. Games will be played Monday and Wednesday during July, and on Tuesday and Thursday during August.

Coaches will be contacting players after July 4 weekend with team and schedule information. Playoffs and all star games are included. All players receive a Rising Star T-shirt. Teams coached and officiated by Newtown High varsity players. Equal playing time for all.
