Boys U12

Cobras 2, Wilton 1 – Connor Quinn and Danny Bittman scored a goal a piece, both assisted by Andrew Kelley.  Nick Gerbo, Nick Barreto and Chris Erikson controlled play.  Defensively, Noah Sock and Drew Sullivan frustrated the offensive attack.  Ian Solaski, Robert Willis and Pat Thornberg advanced the attack on offense.

Cobras 1, Easton 0 – Christian Mather netted the lone goal on a beautiful cross from Nick Gerbo.  Keeper Sean Elliott had the shutout and Stephen Conway, Noah Sock and Matt Rahtelli kept the Easton attackers at bay.  Sam Langdon and Pat Thornberg had exciting shots on goal while Colin Moller, Pieter Martino and Richard Greenwood dominated midfield play.

Cobras 2, Bridgeport 1 – Christian Mather and Connor Quinn scored a goal a piece.  Sound defense was led by Drew Sullivan, Pieter Martino and Matt Rahtelli.  Chris Erikson, Eric Fiore, Ian Solaski and Robert Willis had great games in the midfield.

Girls U14

Sharpshooters 4, Purple Pirates 1 – Caroline Lawrence,  Jamie Keating (on an assist from Zoe Eggleston), Jenna Bonaccorso (on an assist from Gabrielle Milano) and Gabriela Kalinowski (on an assist from Alex Grant) all scored to lift the Sharpshooters to the win in the Girls U14 championship game. For the Purple Pirates, Ally Blume played great in goal along with Madigan Chrystie. Lauren Pettinelli the goal as Daniella Genovese and Becca Silveira both played strong games.
