30th Annual Friends of Booth Library Used Book Sale begins, 9 am–5 pm, at Reed Intermediate School, 3 Trades Lane, admission $10 9 am–noon, $5 noon–5 pm today only (free admission remainder of event), 80-plus categories, also rare books, collectibles including signed books, children’s department, also CDs, LPs, computer programs, sale continues daily until July 4; 426-4533.

St Rose Carnival, 6–10:30 pm, St Rose of Lima grounds, 46 Church Hill Road, final night of annual event; 426-1014.

VNA Thrift Shop Summer Bag Sale every Saturday and Wednesday, June 30 to July 28. $3 a bag for clothing and shoes, household items half-price. Saturdays 9 am to noon; Wednesdays noon to 3 pm. Located behind Edmond Town Hall.
